I have been loving this style of pant. The flowy, printed type of pant. They're so comfortable and look super chic when paired with the right thing. I picked these pants up from Gabe's in the Ali & Kris section for 7 dollars! I paired it with this jean button up top that I tucked in. To add a little more 'dressy' effect, I added my white pumps.

If you don't have a pair of pants like these, go get them. I promise you won't regret it.

Welcome back, it's been a while! But I'm back and with the warmer weather, I'm more excited than ever. Don't get me wrong, I love layering in winter and fall...but after months of endless snow, I'm so happy to see the sun. For the first time in a while, I'm able to throw on a light jacket/blazer and not freeze. I have been trying to find a way to wear this blazer (from Forever 21) for a while now. It's so stylish and chic, but I wanted it to be the main focus of my outfit so I needed to wait until I didn't need another layer over it. I paired it with an off white tank top and these boyfriend-ish jeans from American Eagle. I threw on my black booties to pull in the black and walked out the door.

I'll try not to disappear again.

Today we went shopping.....just what I needed (not). Finding a good outfit to shop in can be harder than it seems. Being able to be comfortable but stylish, and cute but low key so it's not a hassle to try things on. It's a very fine line and I found one that worked. I wore these white denim pants from Pac Sun. I added this blue and white checked plaid shirt that my camera man/boyfriend gifted me (pretty sure it's from JCPenny's though). For shoes, I went for these fringe Converse. I love these shoes! They're super cute but also really comfortable.

You can never shop too much.

Spring weather is finally here (hopefully to stay this time!). It's so nice being able to bring out some new pieces to play. This dress I just picked up last week at Old Navy. It's a t-shirt type dress, but it's made of a super thick material so you don't have to worry about showing the goodies...always a plus. This was on clearance for 10 dollars and they had it in a few other colors so check your local Old Navy! I wanted to add another color for some fun, so I picked green. These days, it's totally fine to mix colors, prints, patterns...so don't be shy! I threw on this awesome necklace that I got from Charlotte Russe. It's a chunky, gold, statement necklace with these green accents. So obviously, my green purse went right along with it. I paired it with my brown Steve Madden heels to dress it up.

Mix crazy colors, just do it with confidence!

You don't have to wear 6 inch heels and skinny jeans to be stylish. Casual clothes can be just as cute. I attended a soccer game last weekend (GO SEAN!) and was able to dim down my outfit a bit. I paired these destroyed jeans with a horizontal black, white stripped shirt. I added my black Chuck Taylor's which are super stylish, but also really low key. For a little extra warmth I threw on this army green, light weight jacket. Casual, but still cute.

Go casual- you can rock it :)

I know I've mentioned black and white being a trend for way too long now, but it's true and so easy! Everyone has black and white pieces that they can pull out so for this outfit, I did just that. This black button up is from JCPenny's that I just recently picked up on sale for $2.00 (so go check your local Penny's!). This circle skirt was gifted to me (thanks Leesh!) but is from Pac Sun. Circle skirts are flattering on basically any body shape so everyone should own one....or a few. To keep it simple, I added my black booties.

Don't pack winter pieces away; find ways to transition it into spring!

Like I said in my last post, we had a few warmer days that I was able to bring some of my spring wardrobe out for...like these Ali & Kris pants. To say I love these pants is an understatement. The style, the fit, the colors, the pattern, the material...everything. I paired them with a casual white v-neck that I twisted and tucked in on the side. Adding a basic, plain t-shirt is the way to go with pants this bold so that it isn't overwhelming. I added my brown wedges and green Kenneth Cole bag to finish off the look.

Go get these pants....seriously.
